9 айында сот төрелігін жүзеге асыру бойынша атқарылған жұмысты қорытындылау туралы БАҚ өкілінің қатысуымен брифинг өткізді.

Шара барысында төраға 2023 жылғы 9 айында сот төрелігін жүзеге асыру жұмысын және статистикалық есептің қортындысын жариялап, 2022 жылмен салыстырғанда түскен қылмыстық істердің пайызы тең болса, азаматтық істер бойынша арыз 16,8 пайызға ал, әкімшілік істер 24 пайызға артқанын айтып жеткізді.

Сонымен қатар, сот төрелігінің мақсаты - халықтың сотқа сенімін арттыру және азаматтармен заңды тұлғалардың құқықтарымен заңды мүдделерін сот арқылы қорғау екенін, заңнамаларға енгізілген толықтырулар мен өзгерістерді, қазіргі таңда сот жұмысы оңтайландырылғанын, істердің басым бөлігі электронды форматтағы тәртіппен қаралатынын атап, істердің сапалы қаралуына, қабылданған сот актілеріне және олардың орындалуына назар аударып өтті.

Төраға брифингты аяқтай келе, сыбайлас жемқорлыққа қарсы іс қимыл шаралары үнемі назарда екенін, судьялар мен мемлекеттік қызметшілердің этикалық кодексінің талаптарын ұстану тәртіптерін түсіндіріп, БАҚ өкілінің сұрақтарына жауап берді.

After I initially left a comment I appear
to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and
now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment.
There has to be a way you can remove me from that service?

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea
shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said
"You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell
to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic
but I had to tell someone!
