Біз Қазақстан деген кең байтақ жері бар, көп ұлтты, зайырлы, тәуелсіз мемлекетте қызмет атқарамыз. Біз мүлде жаңа қоғамда өмір сүріп жатырмыз. Жаңа қоғамның сипаты іскерлік болса, бұл жолда жеткен жетістіктеріміз де аз емес. Ал шешімі күрделі мәселелер де бар, ол - әлеуметтік мәселе.

Сыбайлас жемқорлыққа қарсы күрес мемлекеттік саясаттың басым бағыттарының бірі. Бүгінгі таңда мемлекеттік органдар үшін халықтың, қоғамның шынайы сеніміне ие болудан артық мәртебе жоқ. Сыбайлас жемқорлық жалпы қылмыстықпен қатар Қазақстандағы қоғам және мемлекеттік билік үшін көніл қоюды талап ететін маңызды мәселе болып отыр.

Казіргі қоғам күрделі заңдардан тұрады. Біз Қазақстан Республикасының азаматтары мен азаматшалары қоғамдағы сыбайлас -
жемқорлыққа қарсымыз.

Мемлекетіміздің тұңғыш президенті айтқандай, болашақ жастардың қолында. Ендеше болашақ жастарымыздың өмірі тыныш әрі баққытты болу үшін, ел болып жұмылып пара бермей және пара алмай өмір сүргеніміз жөн.
