Судья Б.Жамалбекұлы іс-шараға қатысушылардың назарын Жолдаудың талқылау кезінде, мемлекет пен қоғамның арасындағы сенімділік жүйесінің құрылуының басты қадамы бойынша, екінші бөлігіндегі негізгі аспектіге назар аударды.

Сонымен қатар, Жолдауда көрсетілген еліміздің тұрақтылығының негізі ретінде саясаттық дамуының барлық аспектілері талқыланды.
