Өз кезегінде, "Нокин" мәдениет үйiнiң өнерпаздары әдемі әндерімен жазасын өтеушiлерге көтеріңкі көңіл- күй сыйлады.

Түзеу мекемесіндегі тәрбие бөлімі қызметкерлерінің айтуынша, мұндай іс- шаралар түзеу мекемелеріндегі тәрбие жұмысының негізгі бағытының бiрi. Яғни, аталған іс- шаралар мекемедегі жазасын өтеуші сотталғандардың түзелуіне, мәдени деңгейін арттыруға бағытталған.
