Елордада «Азаматтарға арналған үкімет» мемлекеттік корпорациясы пайдалануға беру актілерін тіркеуден бас тарта отырып, инвестициялық жобаларды іске асыруға кедергі келтірген.

Бас тарту тек жер учаскесінің нысаналы мақсатындағы «пайдалану» сөзінің болмауына негізделген.

 Астана қаласының прокуратурасы Мемлекеттік корпорацияның әрекеттерін заңсыз деп танып, олардың талаптарының негізсіз екенін түсіндірді.

Осылайша, бас тартулар - жобалары 685,81 млрд теңгеге инвестицияларды және 4 375 жұмыс орнын құруды қамтитын 30 отандық және 4 шетелдік инвестордың қызметіне кедергі келтірді.

Астана қаласы прокуратурасының араласуының арқасында Мемлекеттік корпорация нысанды пайдалануға беру актісін тіркеді, ал елордада заңсыз тәжірибе тоқтатылды.

Инвесторлар мен бизнес үшін кедергілерді жою - елорда прокуратурасының Фронт-офисі жұмысының негізгі бағыты, оған 8 (7172) 712467 нөмірі бойынша жүгінуге болады.
