Қазақстан Республикасы Бәсекелестікті қорғау және дамыту агенттігінің Шығыс Қазақстан облысы бойынша департаменті Зайсан ауданының әкімдігі Қазақстан Республикасы Экологиялық кодексінің 367-бабының 2-тармағы талап еткендей, жинау және тасымалдау үшін қатты тұрмыстық қалдықтар нарығына қатысушыларды айқындауға конкурс (тендер) өткізбегенін анықтады.

Зайсан ауданының әкімдігі әрекеттерінде мемлекеттік органдардың бәсекелестікке қарсы іс-әрекеттерінің (әрекетсіздігінің) белгілері байқалды, бұл Қазақстан Республикасы Кәсіпкерлік кодексінің 194-бабының 1-тармағына сәйкес бәсекелестікті шектеуге немесе жоюға әкелуі мүмкін.

Департамент әкімдікке бәсекелестікті қорғау саласындағы заңнаманы бұзушылықтарды жоюды талап етіп хабарлама жіберді.

Бүгінгі күні хабарлама толық көлемде орындалды.
