Қазақтың ұлттық сусындарының көп бөлігі Алматы облысында өндіріледі

Қазақстанда жарты жыл ішінде 423 тонна бие сүті өндірілді. Атап айтсақ, Алматы облысында - 160 тонна, Павлодарда - 79, Ақтөбеде - 56 тонна.

Қымыз өндіру көлемі 2017 жылдың 1-ші жартыжылдығының көрсеткіштерімен салыстырылады, 2018 жылдың 1-ші жарты жылдығының нәтижелерімен салыстырғанда 15% -ға өсті және өткен жылдың сәйкес кезеңімен салыстырғанда 17% төмендеді.

Салыстырмалы түрде: 2018 жылы елімізде 1081 тонна өнім өндірілді, 2019 жылы -1103 (өсім 2% -дан астам)

Соңғы алты айда емдік қасиетке ие шұбат мың тоннаға жуық өндірілді. Оның жартысынан көбі Алматы облысында шығарылды.

Айта кету керек, 2018 жылы 12 айда өндірілген шұбаттың мөлшері 2196 тоннаны құрады. Ал 2019 жылы республика бойынша 3177 тонна өндірілді. Өндіріс өсімі шамамен 45% құрады.
