Сот қызметінде ақпараттық технологияларды дамыту және кеңінен қолдану Қазақстан Республикасының Жоғарғы Сотының басым бағыттарының бірі болып табылады. Республика соттарында жаңа ақпараттық технологиялық сервистер іске қосылғаннан кейін, оны қолданушылардың саны да арта түсті. Олар «Сот кабинеті», «Мобильді сот кабинеті», «Сот отырыстарының дыбыс-бейне жазба құрылғысы» және «Электронды сот төрелігі», «Smart сот». Соның ішінде, «Сот кабинеті» сервисіне тоқталар болсақ, бүгінгі таңда азаматтардың басым бөлігі сот кабинетінің қызметіне жүгінеді.

Жоғарғы Соттың 2014 жылы іске қосылған «Сот кабинеті» ақпараттық сервисі азаматтарға, олардың өкілдеріне және адвокаттарға сотқа талап-арыздардың апелляциялық шағымдарды, сот актісін кассациялық тәртіппен қайта қарау туралы өтінішхатты және электрондық түрде өтінішті, мемлекеттік бажды онлайн режимінде төлеуге, сот құжаттарын, сондай-ақ іс бойынша мәртебесін көруге және тағы басқа мүмкіндігін береді. «Сот кабинеті» – сот органдарының сервисіне электронды түрде кіруге арналған бірыңғай терезе болып табылады.
