ҚР Сыбайлас жемқорлыққа қарсы іс-қимыл агенттігінің Ақтөбе облысы бойынша департаменті кәсіпкерлерді қорғау бойынша «Бизнеске жол» жобасының іске қосылғандығын хабарлайды.

Жобаның мақсаты – кәсіпкерлерге әртүрлі әкімшілік кедергілерді, құжаттарды ресімдеу кезінде әуре-сарсаңдарды еңсеруге көмектесу, мемлекеттік қызметшілер қабылдайтын шешімдердің мерзімдері мен ашықтығын сақтауды қамтамасыз ету.

Ағымдағы жылдың өзінде Департамент кәсіпкерлердің мемлекеттік сатып алу, жер қатынастары саласындағы мәселелерін шешуге жәрдемдескен.

Атап айтқанда, Ақтөбе облысының Сыбайлас жемқорлыққа қарсы қызметіне жергілікті атқарушы органның әрекетіне кәсіпкерлерден шағым түскен.

Кәсіпкелер Ақтөбе қаласының жер қатынастары бөліміне бірнеше рет жер учаскелерін жалдау мерзімін ұзарту туралы өтінішпен жүгінген, алайда қоса берілген құжаттарға қарамастан жер комиссиясы әртүрлі себептермен жалдау мерзімін ұзартудан бас тартқан.

Бұл проблемалар кәсіпкерлерге өз қызметін толық көлемде жүзеге асыруға мүмкіндік бермеді.

Осыған байланысты Департамент мүдделі тұлғалардың қатысуымен жұмыс кеңесін өткізді, оның қорытындысы бойынша Антикорға уақтылы жүгінудің арқасында жер учаскелерін жалдау мерзімін ұзарту туралы оң шешім қабылданды.
