Ағымдағы жылдың қаңтар айында Қостанай облысы бойынша сыбайлас жемқорлыққа қарсы іс-қимыл департаменті талдамалық жұмыс жүргізу нәтижесінде Ауыл шаруашылық министрлігінің жанындағы комитеттің бірімен инсектицидтерді сатып алу бағасын негізсіз көтеру белгілерін анықтады.

Атап айтқанда, мемлекеттік орган 2 млрд 127 млн. теңгеден астам сомаға 8 литр инсектицид сатып алуды жоспарлаған. Бұл ретте, лоттардың техникалық ерекшелігіндегі сұраныс формуласының көрсетілуіне сәйкес көрсетілген инсектицидтермен түрлі аудандарды өңдеуді қамтамасыз ету деп жазылған.
