Маңғыстау облысы бойынша Мемлекеттік кірістер департаменті 2024 жылғы 1 қаңтардан бастап деректерді тіркеу немесе беру функциясы жоқ бақылау-касса машиналарын қолданатын салық төлеушілер ғана ауысымдық есептерді, қолма-қол ақшаны есепке алу кітаптары мен тауар чектерін, сондай-ақ жою, қайтару чектерін және жою мен қайтару операциялары жүргізілген бақылау-касса машиналарының чектерін басып шығарылған немесе толығымен толтырылған күнінен бастап бес жыл бойы сақтауға міндетті екенін хабарлайды.

Онлайн-БКМ қолданатын салық төлеушілер бойынша барлық есептер мен чектер Фискалдық деректер операторларының серверінде сақталады және салық органдарына беріледі.

Сондай-ақ 2024 жылғы 1 қаңтардан бастап Қаржы министрінің 2018 жылғы 16 тамыздағы №208 бұйрығына сатып сатып алушының (клиенттің), тауарларды, жұмыстарды, көрсетілетін қызметтерді алушының талабы бойынша БКМ чегінде сатып алушының (клиенттің), алушының сәйкестендіру нөмірін басып шығару, сондай-ақ БКМ чегінде техникалық құжаттамада көзделген қосымша деректемелердің мазмұны бөлігінде өзгерістер енгізілді.

Қазақстан Республикасының аумағында ақшалай есеп айырысулар үлгілері мемлекеттік тізілімге енгізілген деректерді тіркеу немесе беру функциясы бар бақылау-касса машиналарын міндетті түрде қолдана отырып жүргізілетінін еске саламыз.

БКМ қолдану тәртібі Салық кодексінің 165-169-баптарында айқындалған.

Ақшалай есеп айырысулар – тауар сатып алу, жұмыстарды орындау, қызметтерді көрсету үшін қолма-қол ақша немесе төлем карточкаларын немесе мобильдік төлемдерді пайдалана отырып есеп айырысулар арқылы жүзеге асырылатын есеп айырысулар.

Мобильдік төлемдер – дара кәсіпкер ретінде тіркеу есебінде тұрған жеке тұлғаның, жеке практикамен айналысатын адамның, заңды тұлғаның пайдасына тауарды сатып алғаны, жұмыстарды орындағаны, қызметтерді көрсеткені үшін ақы төлеуге электрондық нысанда бастамашылық жасалған, мобильдік қосымша немесе штрих кодты (Qr коды) пайдалана отырып, төлемдер қабылдауға арналған өзге де жабдық (құрылғы) арқылы алынатын қолма-қол ақшасыз төлемдер.

БКМ қолданған кезде тауарға, жұмысқа, қызметке төленген сомаға БКМ чегін немесе тауар чегін беру жүзеге асырылады.

БКМ чегі - сатушы (тауарды, жұмысты, қызметті жеткізуші) мен сатып алушы (клиент) арасындағы ақшалай есеп айырысудың жүзеге асу фактісін растайтын қағаз түрінде не электрондық түрде берілген БКМ-ның бастапқы есеп құжаты.
