Елорда прокуратурасы жетім балалардың тұрғын үй құқықтарының бұзылғанын анықтады.

Уәкілетті орган «Тұрғын үй қатынастары туралы» Заңның 71-бабын бұза отырып, он төрт жасқа толмаған тұлғаларда тіркеудің болмауына, сондай-ақ отбасы мүшелері болып табылмайтын қамқоршыларға тіркелген мүліктің болуына байланысты жетім балаларды кезекке қоюдан негізсіз бас тартқан.

Прокурорлық қадағалау шараларымен 200-ден астам жетім бала тұрғын үй алуға кезекке қойылды.
