Биыл Қазақстан полициясының құрылғанына 30 жыл толып отыр. Полиция қызметінің қалыптасу кезеңдерінде кәсіби шеберліктерін, адалдықтарын мойындатқан, тіпті, қызмет жолында қаза болған әріптестеріміз аз емес. Оның ішінде құқық қорғау органдары қызметкерлерінің арасында Халық Қаһарманы атағын алған алғашқы әрі жалғыз полицей Ғазиз Байтасовтың ерлігі мәңгі өшпес өнеге.
