Бас прокуратураның ресми өкілі Дархан Дүйсембайдың мәліметінше екі жеке сот орындаушысы, қызметтері тоқтатылғанына қарамастан, алты ай бойы 87 балаға алимент төлеуге арналған ақшалай қаражатты иемденген.

Мысалы, жеке сот орындаушысы 2-топтағы мүгедек әкенің әлеуметтік жәрдемақы есебінен балалар үйіндегі екі баласына аударған алимент төлемдерін жымқырған.

Тағы бір жеке сот орындаушысы қайтыс болған алимент төлеушінің банктік шоттынан ақшаны шешіп алып, оны өзінің қалауымен жұмсаған.

Жалпы олар 5 млн. теңге қаражатты жымқырған.

Бүгінге, прокурорлардың араласуынан кейін 34 балаға залал өтелді, қалғандары бойынша жұмыс жалғасуда.
