Президентке бір жыл ішінде балалардың құқықтарын қорғау және қауіпсіздігін қамтамасыз ету мақсатында атқарылған жұмыстар жөнінде есеп берілді.

Қасым-Жомарт Тоқаев әйелдер мен балалардың құқықтарын қорғау бағытында қабылданған заңнамалық өзгерістердің нәтижесінде тұрмыстық зорлық-зомбылықтың алдын алу шаралары күшейтілгенін және балаларға қатысты зорлықтың кез келген түріне жаза қатаңдатылғанын атап өтті. Заңға Бала құқықтары жөніндегі уәкіл мен азаматтық қоғам секторы бірлесе ұсынған нормалар топтамасы енді.

Динара Зәкиеваның айтуынша, қазір аталған заңнамалық нормаларды нақты жүзеге асыру үшін белсенді жұмыс жүргізілуде. Атап айтқанда, «111» бірыңғай байланыс жүйесі іске қосылды. Сондай-ақ мектептерде буллингпен күресу үшін КiVa бағдарламасы және 2024 жылдың қыркүйек айынан бастап қауіпсіздік сабақтары енгізіледі. Балаларға арналған медициналық-әлеуметтік мекемелердің қызметкерлері үшін арнайы оқу курсы басталады. Қорғаншылық және қамқоршылық органдарын күшейту мәселесі пысықталып жатыр.

Бұдан бөлек, «Самұрық-Қазына» ұлттық әл-ауқат қорымен, сондай-ақ «Қазақстан халқына» және «Қамқорлық» қорларымен серіктестік негізде 6 аутизм орталығы, 11 өңірлік оңалту орталығы ашылды.

Бала құқықтары жөніндегі уәкілдің есебін тыңдаған соң Президент құқықтық сауаттылық деңгейін көтеру және оқушылар арасында «Заң мен тәртіп» қағидатын насихаттау маңызды екенін айтты.

Осыған байланысты Қасым-Жомарт Тоқаев Түркістанда өткен Ұлттық құрылтайдың екінші отырысында берген тапсырмасына сәйкес Біртұтас тәрбие бағдарламасы әзірленгенін еске салды. Аталған бағдарлама өскелең ұрпақтың бойына адами және ұлттық құндылықтарды сіңіріп, олардың шығармашылық қабілетін шыңдауды, өз бетінше әрекет ету және креативті ойлау дағдыларын дамытуды көздейді. Динара Зәкиеваға осы бағдарламаны жүзеге асыру үшін педагогтер мен ата-аналардың арасындағы жұмысты үйлестіру міндеті жүктелді.

Кездесу барысында жетім және ата-анасының қамқорлығынсыз қалған балаларға тұрғын үй бөлу, сондай-ақ ауылдық жерлерде жеткіншектерге арналған инфрақұрылымды дамыту мәселелері талқыланды.
