Қасым-Жомарт Тоқаев әйелдер мен балалардың құқықтарын қорғау бағытында қабылданған заңнамалық өзгерістердің нәтижесінде тұрмыстық зорлық-зомбылықтың алдын алу шаралары күшейтілгенін және балаларға қатысты зорлықтың кез келген түріне жаза қатаңдатылғанын атап өтті.
