Жамбылда сауда үйіндегі сейфтен ақша ұрланды, – деп хабарлайды Polisia.kz.

Бұл іспен Байзақ аудандық полициясының қызметкерлері айналысқан болатын. Ұрының ізіне түскен сақшылар көп ұзамай күдіктілерді де қолға түсірді. Күдіктілер үлкен сауда үйіне заңсыз кірген. Сейфті бұзған олар ішіндегі 1 700 000 теңгені алып кеткен.

Полицейлер Байзақ ауданының 26 жастағы екі тұрғынын ұстады. Айғақ зат бар – сақшылар күдіктілердің қолынан ұрланған ақшаның бәрін алды. Кінәсін мойнына алған екеу Тараз қалалық тергеу изоляторына қамауға алынды.

Қазіргі уақытта аталған дерекке қатысты ҚР Қылмыстық кодексінің 188-бабы 3-бөлігі 1 және 3-тармақтарымен “Ірi мөлшерде, тұрғын, қызметтiк немесе өндiрiстiк үй-жайға, қоймаға не көлік құралына заңсыз кiрумен жасалған ұрлық” бойынша сотқа дейінгі тергеу амалдары басталды.
