БҚО кәмелетке толмағандардың істері жөніндегі мамандандырылған ауданаралық сотының өкілдері С.Жапакова және А.Сарсенова Орал қаласының № 9 мектебінің 10 сынып оқушыларымен мектеп медиациясын енгізу тақырыбында кездесу өткізілді.

Кездесудің мақсаты кәмелетке толмаған балалардың арасындағы құқық бұзушылықтардың алдын алу,түсіндіру және ата-аналар, балалар арасындағы дауларды шешу кезіндегі бітімгершілік келісімдерін қолдануды күшейту болып табылды.

Кездесу барысында кәмелетке толмаған жасөпірімдерге қатысты әкімшілік құқық бұзушылықтың орын алуы,атап айтатын болсақ ұсақ бұзақылық жасау,түнгі уақытта заңды өкілдерінің қарауынсыз жүру,міндетті орта білім алудан жалтару жағдайлары орын алған жағдайда заң алдында жауап беру мен жазалау түрлері түсіндірілді.

Ювеналды сотының бас маманы Ақмарал Сарсенова кәмелетке толмаған жасөпірім балалардың құқық бұзушылық жасауы,жасалған құқық бұзушылық үшін жүктелетін жауаптылық туралы,сондай-ақ дауларды медиация тәртібімен шешу жайлы айтып өтті.

Сондай-ақ жасөспірімдер арасындағы құқық бұзушылықтың деңгейін төмендету ең басты әрі өзекті мәселелердің бірі екені нақтыланды және БҚО бойынша Медиация орталығының жұмысы жайлы да айтылды.

Ювеналды сотының психологі Салтанат Жапакова отбасындағы жан-жалдарды шешу кезіндегі психологтің рөлі мен жұмысының маңыздылығы жайлы айтып өтті.

Мектеп оқушыларын мазалаған сұрақтарға толық әрі нақты жауап берілді.
